Shipping & Handling

We at Vera Design make sure your order is securely packed to prevent risk of damage during shipment. All orders are sent by registered mail and include insurance. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Once you receive your order, we advise you to check the content of the package. If you notice any damage, please contact the freight company. Vera Design is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing time.

Delivery & Shipping Cost

All items are delivered in original Vera Design boxes.

We use standard shipping services and your order usually arrives in 6-14 business days.

During high season you may experience longer delivery time.

We at Vera Design Jewelry hope you enjoy your new purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return or exchange your item in its original condition within 30 days of the order shipment date.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, with any enclosed documentation to get a full refund.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.
